Residential Cleaning Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms Payment for residential cleaning services is due in full on the day of service, immediately upon completion. Any invoice not paid within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance shall be considered past due.

2. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) is required for new client bookings, deep cleaning services, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice.

3. Accepted Payment Methods Level Up Cleaning Services accepts credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, cash, and online invoice payments. Personal checks are not accepted.

4. Late Fees A late fee of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be applied to any invoice not paid within twenty-four (24) hours. An additional ten dollars ($10) per day may be assessed thereafter. Accounts more than seven (7) days overdue may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice shall incur a fifty-dollar ($50) fee. Same-day cancellations or no-access events shall be billed at fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service cost.

6. Property Access & Safety Clients must ensure the home is accessible and safe for cleaning personnel. Excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, or circumstances outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

7. Quality Assurance Clients must report any concerns within twenty-four (24) hours of service. Level Up Cleaning Services will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Commercial Cleaning Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms Payment for commercial cleaning services is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement. Invoices not paid by the due date shall be considered past due.

2. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) may be required for first-time commercial clients, large-scale cleaning projects, specialty services, or post-construction cleaning. Deposits may be transferred once with proper notice.

3. Accepted Payment Methods Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, online invoice payment, and business checks. Cash is not accepted unless pre-approved.

4. Late Fees A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be applied to all overdue invoices. An additional finance charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month may be assessed on outstanding balances. Accounts more than thirty (30) days overdue may experience service interruption.

5. Cancellation Policy Commercial clients must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice may incur a seventy-five-dollar ($75) fee. Same-day cancellations or no-access events may be billed at fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled service cost.

6. Facility Access & Safety Clients must ensure the facility is accessible and safe for cleaning personnel. Hazardous conditions, excessive debris, or deviations from the agreed scope may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

7. Quality Assurance Any concerns must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service. Level Up Cleaning Services will return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Website Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Scheduling Clients may request services through the company website, email, or approved scheduling platforms. Appointment requests are not confirmed until written confirmation is provided. Level Up Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments based on availability.

2. Privacy Policy The company collects only the information necessary to provide services, including contact details and service preferences. Information is never sold or shared except as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. All data is stored securely.

3. Intellectual Property All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, and digital materials, is the exclusive property of Level Up Cleaning Services. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Agreement Overview By scheduling services, clients agree to the company’s terms, pricing, and policies. Level Up Cleaning Services reserves the right to update policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

5. Website Use Terms Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt functionality. The company is not liable for temporary website outages or third-party platform issues.

Estimate Terms & Conditions

1. Estimate Validity Estimates are based on information provided by the client and are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.

2. Non-Binding Nature Estimates are non-binding and subject to change if the actual scope of work differs from the information provided.

3. Additional Charges Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, hazardous conditions, or areas not disclosed during the estimate process.

4. Scope Changes Any changes to the scope of work must be approved by the client and may require a revised estimate.

5. Cleaning Results The client acknowledges that cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property and that certain stains or damage may be permanent.

6. Acceptance Acceptance of an estimate constitutes agreement to the company’s full Terms & Conditions.
